Introductory session including assessment
This introductory session will give us an opportunity to meet with each other (via zoom or telephone), and discuss your hopes and goals for counselling and for you to get to know me as well. (You can find out more about me on the 'About Me' page as well)
I will also share with you a little about the way I work and complete an initial assessment with you, which will enable me to get a good understanding of your current mental health and the impact it is having.
Online and telephone counselling
50 minute counselling session
Sessions take place via zoom or telephone, once a contract has been completed and signed by both parties. This will be shared and discussed in our introductory session.
In person counselling
Coming soon.
Coming later in 2024 based in Crowborough, East Sussex. Opportunity to transfer from online or telephone counselling to in person when available.
